As the Store Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our store. This includes managing staff, ensuring efficient operations, and providing exceptional customer service. You will also be responsible for achieving sales targets, maintaining inventory, and creating a positive work environment for our team.

Responsibilities

• Creates and implements effective sales strategies to achieve targets and increase profitability.
• Ensures that the store is always well-stocked and organized, and all products are displayed attractively.
• Manages and supervises a team of sales associates, including hiring, training, and scheduling.
• Resolves any customer complaints or issues in a timely and professional manner.
• Monitors and maintains sales and inventory reports, and uses data to make informed business decisions.
• Assists in visual merchandising and floor set changes to enhance the overall store appearance.
• Maintains a safe and clean work environment by enforcing company policies and procedures.
  
  

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in retail management, preferably in a similar store.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively.
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and inventory management software.
