Description

• Lead the design team in the development of in all aspects of infrastructure design services.
• Manage the design process from concept to completion.
• Get support from the Technical Excellence team on design standards and guidelines.
• Create and manage design briefs and timelines
• Monitor and evaluate design trends and technologies
• Ensure design projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Present design concepts to stakeholders.
• Manage design resources and assets.
• Develop and implement design strategies.
• Analyze customer feedback and adjust designs accordingly
• Collaborate and communication with the project teams and stakeholders throughout the design process.
• Manage and monitor change management and risk management
  
  

• 15 or more years of related engineering design/management experience on bridge & structures projects.
• (BS) in Civil Engineering with structural emphasis.
• Equivalent professional registration in a role related engineering from an accredited institution.
• Must have the ability to manage projects, interface with clients and enjoy being hands-on technically in the project.
• Comprehensive knowledge of industry international and local standards.
• Proven ability to perform in a management capacity, excellent written and oral communication.
• Design-Build project experience is preferable.
