- Support in Project & Service Management
- Organizing Task Backlogs, Use Cases and User Stories
- Prioritizing Events, Requests and Incidents
- Actively Supporting Pre-Sales and Operation Teams
- Support DevOps Team in organizing the Backlog
- Track progress of the Implementation Pipeline
- Support Service & Maintenance Team in prioritizing Requirements and Incidents
- Track the progress of solving Incidents and Problems
- Writing and organizing User Stories (Features, Incidents, Requests)
- Science or Engineering Student minimum in the 3rd year or undergoing the Degree
- Core Competencies:
- Experience with Agile Methodologies and Service Management Frameworks
- Strong in Communication and Following Up Activities
- SCRUM and ITIL
- Strong in written and speaking Arabic (Must) and English (Must) and German (preferred)
