    Scope and Purpose:

  • Support in Project & Service Management
  • Key Result Areas & Responsibilities:

  • Organizing Task Backlogs, Use Cases and User Stories
  • Prioritizing Events, Requests and Incidents
  • Duties:

  • Actively Supporting Pre-Sales and Operation Teams
  • Support DevOps Team in organizing the Backlog
  • Track progress of the Implementation Pipeline
  • Support Service & Maintenance Team in prioritizing Requirements and Incidents
  • Track the progress of solving Incidents and Problems
  • Writing and organizing User Stories (Features, Incidents, Requests)
  • Requirements:

  • Science or Engineering Student minimum in the 3rd year or undergoing the Degree
  • Core Competencies:
  • Experience with Agile Methodologies and Service Management Frameworks
  • Strong in Communication and Following Up Activities
  • Skills:

  • SCRUM and ITIL
  • Strong in written and speaking Arabic (Must) and English (Must) and German (preferred)
