Description

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 12 years of experience in shipping operations
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Experience in preparing a variety of shipment documents
• Manage inventory, including documentation, tracking, and regular audits
• Prepare Sea Waybills (AWB) for shipping when required
• Experience in helping to develop internal processes and filing systems
• Experience negotiating and purchasing
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office including Word Excel, and PowerPoint
• Excellent time management, work management, and organization skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality of company information
• Perform other duties as assigned
