    The Role

    We are seeking a seasoned HR Executive to join our team as a Strategic HR Business Partner. In this critical role, you will be responsible for driving business results through effective people management strategies and processes.


    Key Responsibilities:

    • Recruitment and Onboarding: Develop and implement comprehensive recruitment plans, including job descriptions and candidate evaluation criteria. Lead the interviewing process to identify top talent and ensure smooth onboarding experiences for new hires.
    • Employee Relations: Serve as a liaison between employees and management, addressing concerns and resolving issues in a professional and timely manner. Foster a positive workplace culture by promoting open communication, respect, and empathy.
    • Training and Development: Design and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge. Conduct regular training sessions on company policies, ethics, and workplace conduct to promote compliance and accountability.
    • Compliance and Policy Management: Ensure adherence to labor laws and industry regulations. Regularly review and update HR policies to reflect current standards and business goals.
    • Performance Management: Develop and implement performance appraisal systems, providing constructive feedback and coaching to employees. Identify areas for improvement and recommend targeted development plans to support career growth.
    • Compensation and Benefits: Oversee payroll processes and benefits administration. Research and implement competitive compensation packages that align with industry standards.

    Requirements and Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
    • Minimum 5+ years of experience in HR management or a leadership role, with a proven track record of driving business results through strategic people management.
    • Excellent communication, conflict resolution, and leadership skills.
    • Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
