Job Responsibilities:

Responsible for on-time delivery of talent to the business by effective utilization of sourcing strategiesBuilding trusted partnerships with business and HR stakeholders; understand and cater to the hiring needs, capabilities and knowledge requirements & gaps.

Lead the delivery of a seamless recruitment process to the organization; effectively contributing to the process improvement measures essential for future HR transformationsDeveloping and nurture potential leads through relevant hiring communities and events


Job Requirements:
A Bachelor's Degree or post-graduate qualification in Human Resources, or other relevant disciplineA minimum of 5 years of relevant experience, out of which 3 years in Talent Acquisition or Nationalization Lead rolePrevious experience strategically developing and, or executing nationalization programsKnowledge of computer literacy and demonstrated experience working with sophisticated HR ERP platforms
