We are looking for an Executive Secretary to our CEO who can provide exceptional administrative support and clerical functions such as preparing correspondence, receiving visitors, arranging conference calls and scheduling meetings.


Main duties and responsibilities:


  • Answer and direct phone calls to appropriate department or take messages.
  • Attend meetings to record minutes.
  • Maintains a comprehensive calendar and appointments.
  • Conduct research, compile data and prepare presentations for executives, committees, and board of directors.
  • File and retrieve corporate documents and reports.
  • Greeting and welcoming visitors
  • Make travel arrangements
  • Open, sort and distribute incoming correspondence.
  • Perform general duties such as ordering supplies, maintaining records management database systems.
  • Read and analyse incoming memos, submissions and reports to determine their significance and plan their distribution.

Qualifications and skills required:


  • Master of Business Administration or MBA degree holder
  • 2 years' experience as an Executive Secretary or in a similar role
  • Strong leadership skills and pleasing personality
  • Flexible, hardworking and has good attention to details
  • Fluent in both English and Arabic language
  • Proficient in using Microsoft office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Good organizational and time management skills
  • Immediate joiners will be given priority
