Description

1) Responsible inreceiving and dispatchinggoods.

2)Responsible for Handling and stacking of all thestocks

3)Warehouse maintenance andcleaning

4)Responsible for stock custody and accountable to any shortagesand/ordiscrepancies

5)Monitor pestcontrol

6)Ensure wastedisposal

7)Check shipmentsreceived against bills of lading purchase orders or other documentsto verify correctness of incoming shipments and conduct requiredgoodsinspection

8)Documentationandrecordkeeping

9)Report all damaged and near expirystocks

10)Daily/ Weekly / Monthly inventoryreport

11)Ensure& maintain cycle countaccuracy

12)Planand schedule correct and timely delivery of materials ensure smoothmaterial flow & practiceFIFO

13)Controlmonitoring and improving the day to day activities of thewarehouse

14)Ensuresafe keeping and control accurately of good received anddelivery

Constantlykeep the store in an ordering manner clean and maintain safety&security

Requirements

Degrees& Education:Diploma/Degree

Knowledge& Experience: 23 years of experience in StoreKeeping

AdvancedMS Office and WMS experience is anadvantage

Demonstrateexcellent communication skills (English Language oral andwritten)

Demonstrateexcellent interpersonal skills and be able to work in a diverse andmulticulturalenvironment.

Problem solvingand analyticalskills

Ability tocomplete the assigned work within the stipulated timeperiod

Soundunderstanding of StoreKeeping

Education: Bachelor s Degree from recognized university WorkExperience: Minimum 7 10 years of Total work experience. Minimum 57 years of relevant work experience Minimum 3 5 years of managerialwork experience. Language and IT Skills: Spoken and written highproficiency (English is a must), and advanced IT literacyFunctional Skills: Demonstrate excellent communication skills(English Language oral and written) Demonstrate excellentinterpersonal skills and be able to work in a diverse andmulticultural environment. Demonstrate the ability to lead a teamand plan future capacity requirements Problems solving andanalytical skills, coupled with demonstrated ability to completethe assigned work within the stipulated time. Travel RequirementsPossess a valid UAE driving license and own car PREFERABLY WITHEXPERIENCE ACROSS AJMAN/SHARJAH ROUTE
