    Onshore construction background and familiar with H2S risk, work in remote location and process safety.

    Mission

    Manage integrated activities related to HSE issues and sustainability program, ensuring management of economics resources
    Ensure full compliance with applicable laws and Saipem HSE management system requirements
    Stimulate continuous improvement, HSE initiatives, technological and methodological innovation
    Advice Senior Management and manage any obligations relating to HSE

    Tasks

    Support the Senior Management in HSE Policy, Guidelines and Objectives definition and delivery
    Support the Senior Management in Organisation roles and HSE responsibilities definition
    Ensure, in accordance with the Corporat e guidelines, the implementation, updating, review and auditing of the Company HSE Systems
    Monitor the effective implementation of appropriate Safety and Environment System procedures and ensure their updating in line with changes i n Legislation and Company Directives
    Promote motivation and familiarization programs for all Company personnel on the importance of complying with Company system procedures and all Safety equipment provided
    Assist the Commercial, Engineering and Operations Departments dealing with Clients in all HSE issues
    Plan and monitor HSE audits both internal and toward contractors
    Take part in accident / incident investigation
    Carry out analysis of accidents and incidents performance, identifying trends and suggesting improvement plans
    Identify HSE training need and collaborate with HR function in developing HSE training programs and ensure implementation
    Provide HSE related engineering input into new projects and modification programmes
    Ensure that all Company activities are subject to proper Risk Assessment
    Ensure proper identification of qualified HSE resources to be appointed within the HSE department
    Ensure proper HSE reporting activities to the Corporate organisation
    Ensure the development of a adequate Health Management System
    Support development of Company Sustainability programs, when required
