Job Responsibilities:

Meet with decision makers, systems owners, and end users to define business, financial, and operations requirements and systems goals, and identify and resolve systems issues.

Lead design sessions in prototyping new systems for the purpose of enhancing business processes, operations, and information process flow.
Review and analyse the effectiveness and efficiency of existing systems and developstrategies for improving or further leveraging these systems.
Identify and establish scope and parameters of systems analysis in order to define outcome criteria and measure-taking actions.

Research, review, and analyse the effectiveness and efficiency of existing processes and develop strategies for enhancing or further leveraging these processes.

Create and deploy feedback mechanisms for end users. Analyse results, make recommendations for support process improvement, and implement changes.
Evaluate documented resolutions and analyse trends for ways to prevent repeated future problems.


Job Requirements:

Bachelors Degree in the field of computer science, information sciences, or related field and/or 5 years equivalent work experienceAutoline Drive IA, Automotive Business Process, Report Generator, CRM, Business Intelligence DashboardsCertifications in Data Analyst, ITLL, Project Management (PMP, PRINCE2), Oracle, TOGAF, MS SQL.

MCITP, CCNA, Storage, Office365.5 years of comprehensive working experience as an IT Systems Specialist or a similar role in an automotive retail industry
