KeyResponsibilities:

Develop and maintainrelationships with ship owners charterers and other industryprofessionals

Identify potential businessopportunities and negotiate chartering contracts

Analyze market trends and provide market intelligence toclients

Manage the entire chartering processfrom initial contact to postfixture followup

Ensure compliance with industry regulations and companypolicies

Collaborate with other team members toachieve company goals and targets

Participate inindustry events and conferences to expand network andknowledge

Requirements:

Bachelors degree in Business Maritime or relatedfield

Minimum of 10 years ofexperience in ship brokering or tankerbrokering

Strongunderstanding of the dry cargo market and industrytrends

Excellent negotiation andcommunication skills

Ability to workindependently and in a team environment

Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevantsoftware

Willingness to travel for businesspurposes

Fluency in English both written andverbal
