    Our client is looking to hire an Assistant SalesManager who will be supporting the Sales Directordriving daytoday sales operations nurturing pipeline developmentand steering our team towards ambitious sales targets.


    KeyResponsibilities:
    Lead weekly opportunity reviews strategicallyadvancing sales opportunities through different stages towardsclosure.
    Spearhead themanagement and monitoring of our sales pipeline spotting growthopportunities and maintaining a healthy balance across allstages.

    Harness the power ofSalesforce reports and dashboards to scrutinize vital sales metricsspotting trends and unlocking insights to enhance salesperformance.

    Foster acollaborative environment with our inside sales team ensuring theyexcel in generating quality leads and scheduling appointments forour field sales reps.

    Polishand perfect sales presentations crafted by our field sales teamensuring theyre impactful concise andpersuasive.
    Provide support tothe Sales Director across various salesrelated tasks asrequired.
    Oversee marketinginitiatives aimed at achieving sales objectives ensuring seamlessalignment and effectiveness.
    Dive deep into sales data to pinpoint areas for improvement andfinetune sales processes for optimalperformance.

    Requirements

    An MBA or equivalent experience would beadvantageous.
    A minimum of 5years in a sales management role preferably within the softwaresector. Simulation software sales experience would be an addedadvantage.
    Valid UAE DrivingLicense. A proven track record of meetingand exceeding sales targets and quotas.
    Proficiency in Salesforce foradept sales opportunitymanagement.
    Exceptionalcommunication and presentation skills coupled with a knack forcoaching others.
    Experience inteam management and the ability to inspire and drive a team towardsshared goals.
    Strongprioritization skills adept time management and the ability to workautonomously.
    A relentless workethic and a laser focus onresults.
