Description

Compliance Officer (2 Positions) with an
Exchange company in Abudhabi:

1, Compliance system support, Integration & Implementation:

  • Detail knowledge of compliance function, verticals and relevant regulations
  • Experienced in transaction monitoring and sanction screening system developments
  • Scenario performance (parameters, data mapping and configuration etc.)
  • Monitor and validate system and data architecture performance on daily basis using control and reconciliation mechanisms deployed as part of the system governance framework.
  • Analyze the impact of system and data failures, develop reports and oversee design and implementation of remedial measures.
- implementation of the remediation plans and perform adequate data and system testing to ensure correctly remediation.


2, Compliance Policies & Procedures Development

  • Detail knowledge of compliance function, verticals and relevant regulations
  • Experienced in developing comprehensive compliance policies and procedures tailored to the organization
  • Development, maintenance and enhancement of compliance policies and procedures based on the relevant laws regulations, guidelines, data gathering, risk review and analysis
  • Root cause analysis on identified Gaps, develop action plans to address the gaps, track progress and ensure that the necessary changes are being implemented.
  • Typology assessments & Report writing skills in a clear and concise manner
  • Responsible to provides insights and roadmap for making informed decisions and driving improvement initiatives.
Salary up to AED 6500 /

Salary: AED5, AED6,500.00 per month
