_Qualifications:
_

  • 8+ years experience React, TypeScript, HTML, CSS;
  • 4+ years leading a team of developers
  • Ability to lead technical discussions with the client's technical teams;
  • Giving product demos to the client's business stakeholders;
  • Analyzing business requirements to create and refine user stories;
  • Task breakdown, estimation, delegation and prioritization;
  • Active software development work in the appropriate stack (FE or BE), depending on technical background
  • Setting development standards and coding best practices;
  • Reviewing Pull Requests from the rest of the team.
