We GCH Consultancy is hiring for one of our Client in Dubai.

We are looking for HR Admin to work with one of the premium real estate Client in Dubai.


Designation - HR Admin

Location - Dubai

Experience - 2 to 3 Years.

Responsibilities:


Talent Acquisition:
Lead the recruitment process, attracting and hiring qualified professionals for various real estate positions.


Onboarding and Orientation:
Develop and implement comprehensive onboarding programs to integrate new hires seamlessly into DOM9.


Employee Relations:
Foster a positive work environment by addressing employee concerns, conflicts, and facilitating effective communication within the team.


Policy Development:
Develop and update HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with legal requirements and industry standards.


Performance Management:
Oversee performance appraisal processes, providing guidance to managers and employees on goal-setting, feedback, and professional development.


Training and Development:
Identify training needs within the DOM9's workforce and coordinate training programs to enhance skills and knowledge.


Compensation and Benefits:
Manage DOM9's compensation structure and benefits programs, ensuring competitiveness and employee satisfaction.


Employee Engagement:
Implement initiatives to boost employee engagement, such as team-building activities, recognition programs, and feedback mechanisms.


Conflict Resolution:
Mediate and resolve conflicts within the team, promoting a harmonious work environment.


Legal Compliance:
Stay updated on employment laws and regulations, ensuring DOM9's HR practices adhere to legal standards.


Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Salary:
AED5, AED6,000.00 per month
