Responsibilities:


  • Coordinate with clients, to ensure their expectation and satisfaction with company performance is met.
  • Coordinate delegated secured projects with internal departments (design, technical, procurement, production, logistics) and external stakeholders (clients, and installers).
  • Review SAP entries and controlling the cost with comparison with estimation spreadsheet.
  • Plan with related teams for procurement of materials and production in accordance with client's schedule.
  • Track the project progress and follow up with related parties based on the plan.
  • Adjust the plan if any changes are required (scope of work, delivery schedule or variation).
  • Coordinate with logistics, clients, and finance for the dispatch of materials.
  • Record all projects related correspondences and documentation.
  • Resolve projects related issues either internally or externally.
  • Ensure that projects are being seamlessly delivered to clients.
  • Arrange and

record weekly progress meetings with all stakeholders, and issue meeting action notes to all stakeholders and the Projects Director.

  • Prepare and issue weekly production and delivery plans for each project.
  • Prepare all reports required to support the company and/or requested by Management.

Job Requirements:


  • Degree in Engineering.
  • Minimum of

5 years of experience in the UAE region handling coordination for multiple projects.

  • Handled projects related to

insulated panel products.

  • Proven ability to establish and maintain

strong relationships with clients.

  • Selfstarter, goaloriented, and driven individual.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to build relationships quickly and effectively.
  • Analytical and problemsolving skills.
