Responsibilities:

Coordinate with clients, to ensure their expectation and satisfaction with company performance is met.
Coordinate delegated secured projects with internal departments (design, technical, procurement, production, logistics) and external stakeholders (clients, and installers).
Review SAP entries and controlling the cost with comparison with estimation spreadsheet.
Plan with related teams for procurement of materials and production in accordance with client's schedule.
Track the project progress and follow up with related parties based on the plan.
Adjust the plan if any changes are required (scope of work, delivery schedule or variation).
Coordinate with logistics, clients, and finance for the dispatch of materials.
Record all projects related correspondences and documentation.
Resolve projects related issues either internally or externally.
Ensure that projects are being seamlessly delivered to clients.
Arrange and

record weekly progress meetings with all stakeholders, and issue meeting action notes to all stakeholders and the Projects Director.

Prepare and issue weekly production and delivery plans for each project.
Prepare all reports required to support the company and/or requested by Management.
