Job Description:


We are seeking a dynamic and experienced individual to lead our Electric Vehicle (EV) Chargers Division in the UAE market.

As the Head of EV Chargers Division, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to drive the growth of our EV charging business in the region.

This role requires a deep understanding of the EV market landscape, strong leadership skills, and a proven track record of successfully managing and growing business units.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop comprehensive strategies for the EV Chargers Division in alignment with the company's overall objectives and the specific needs of the UAE market.
  • Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify key trends, opportunities, and potential challenges in the EV charging sector within the UAE.
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to enhance existing EV charging products and develop new offerings tailored to the needs of UAE customers.
  • Establish and nurture strategic partnerships with relevant stakeholders, including government agencies, electric utilities, automotive companies, real estate developers, and other key players in the EV ecosystem.
  • Lead the sales and business development efforts for EV chargers, including identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, negotiating contracts, and closing deals.
  • Build and manage a highperforming team of professionals, providing guidance, mentorship, and support to ensure the achievement of divisional goals and objectives.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with existing and prospective customers, understanding their needs and preferences to deliver exceptional service and support.
  • Stay updated on relevant regulations, standards, and policies related to EV charging infrastructure in the UAE, ensuring full compliance in all business activities.
  • Develop and manage the division's budget, monitoring expenses, and revenue streams to maximize profitability and return on investment.
  • Prepare regular reports and presentations for senior management, providing insights into the performance of the EV Chargers Division and making recommendations for continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 710 years of experience in business development, sales, or management roles, with a focus on electric vehicles, renewable energy, or related industries.
  • Proven track record of successfully leading teams and driving business growth in competitive markets.
  • Deep understanding of the EV market dynamics, including technological trends, customer preferences, and regulatory frameworks.
  • Strong analytical skills and strategic thinking abilities, with the capacity to translate market insights into actionable plans.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders.
  • Fluency in English is required. Proficiency in Arabic is highly desirable.
  • Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fastpaced, dynamic environment and effectively manage multiple priorities.

AED14, AED18,000.00 per month
