1- Security ManagerJob: Full TimeLocation: Dubai, UAEDescription:The Security Manager forms part of the Residential team who collectively make key strategic and operational decisions for the security operations of the Residence.
The Security Manager will also manage all areas to the security and health & safety of the owners and the residence property.
Job Responsibilities:
Organizes and manages the department in accordance with company philosophy and policies, maximizing efficiency and productivity and achieving established goals; promotes harmony between departments.
Demonstrates standards awareness, by setting example for standards execution, standards testing and implementing action plans to achieve established product and service goals.
Builds a motivated and skilled team, leads by example and instills a culture of continuous learning and improvement among employees.
Actively plans and manages the career development of every employee through effective coaching, training and by instilling company values; is concerned for employees' continuous development and personal growth.
Job Requirements:
Minimum of 5 years of relevant working experience in 5-star luxury hotels and resort.
Computer literate, with high competency level in use of Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, as a minimum).Strong leadership skills and proven experience in staff development.
