Description
The person must have 2 years experience in call center attending calls of customers in UAE

  • Receiving the customers and take the products from them for servicing in the service center.
  • Doing necessary documentation in collection of products for servicing from customers.
  • Coordination with technicians and customers for the products serviced in the service center.
  • Sending the products after repair to concerned persons / locations
  • Attending to the customers enquiries.
  • Doing necessary documentation entries in the ERP system.
  • This position will be in the service center in Dubai Investment Park

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Salary:
AED4, AED5,000.00 per month


Ability to commute/relocate:
