Responsibilities:


  • Build sustainable relationships and trust with clients accounts through open and interactive communication.
  • Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools.
  • Will Be responsible to handle 6070 client profiles.
  • Handle client complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution.
  • Keep records of client interactions, process client accounts

Requirements:


  • 2+ Years experience in Customer care(Calling)/Administrative role
  • Major Experience in Operations role.
  • Familiar with CRM and good communication skills

Salary:
AED3, AED3,500.00 per month


Education:


  • Master's (preferred)

Experience:

- customer services: 3 years (preferred)
