A Venue General Manager is responsible for managing restaurant operations to deliver an excellent Guest and Team Member experience while training staff and working within budgeted guidelines.

What will I be doing?

The Venue General Manager is a F&B leader, source of inspiration and as an expert sharing his vision and knowledge.

This position is concerned with the strategic management in line with prescribed Hilton International policies and procedures.

To maintain a high customer service focus by approaching your job with the customers always in mind.
To have a positive impact, taking personal responsibility and initiative to resolve issues, always clearly communicating with both customers and colleagues.

To contribute ideas & suggestions to enhance operational/environmental procedures in the Hotel.
To actively promote the services and facilities of the Hilton Hotels to guests and suppliers of the Hotel.
To perform all duties and responsibilities in a manner that ensures your safety and that of others in your workplace.

What are we looking for?

A Venue General Manager serving Hilton brands is always working on behalf of our Guests and working with other Team Members.

To successfully fill this role, you should maintain the attitude, behaviours, skills, and values that follow:

Management and/or supervisory Food and Beverage experience
Able to meet financial targets
Steakhouse experience
Ability to comply with all Food and Beverage brand standards
Ability to work under pressure
Excellent grooming standards
Willingness to develop team members and self
Flexibility to respond to a range of different work situations
Diploma / Degree in food and beverage / hospitality management, additional improvement programs in F&B
Minimum 2 years' experience in an international class hotel, at least 1 year experience in a similar capacity.
Passion for delivering exceptional levels of guest service
