Requirements:

Technical Knowledge:
A strong foundation and understanding of
fit-out and joinery principles, techniques, and materials is essential.

Design Skills:

Proficiency in using design software and tools, such as
AutoCAD, SketchUp, is crucial for creating detailed plans, visualizations, and 3D models.

The ability to translate clients' requirements.

Sales and Communication Skills:
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Sales and marketing abilities, combined with the capacity to understand clients' needs.

Product Knowledge:

Familiarity with a wide range of fit-out and joinery products and materials (
wood, glass, metal, acrylic) is necessary.

Project Management:

Having project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently, meet deadlines, and coordinate with stakeholders, clients, vendors.

Attention to detail and organisational capabilities are essential.

Qualifications and Skills:

A bachelor's degree in engineering, interior design, architecture, or a related field is preferred
Previous experience in
design, or project management within the fitout and joinery industry is highly desirable.
Ability to create detailed shop drawings for Interior Fitout & joinery projects
Ability to foresee discrepancies between site conditions, materials and drawings.
Knowledge of creating BOQ's
Fluency in
English is a must
