- Liaises with the Front Desk on allVIP movements
- Complete Butler Task Sheet withrelevant arrival departure, in-house VIP information &To-Do list
- Food and Beverage deliverythroughout the day to assigned VIP's in house asdelegated.
- To meet all VIP's guests inhotel foyer on arrival to escort to allocated rooms, to explainroom facilities, offer unpacking, coffee/tea/refreshments andanswer any concierge related enquiries
- Respondto guest requests as directed by the RoomsDivisionManager
- Works closely with otherpersonnel in a supportive and flexible manner, focusing on theoverall success of the hotel and the complete satisfaction of hotelguests.
- Previousexperience in Private Butler/Valet or butlering withinhotel
- Extremely organised with a strongcommitment to maintaining a controlled workingenvironment
- An extreme eye fordetail
- Extensive knowledge of Abu Dhabi andsurrounds (including restaurant, barsetc)
- Arabic language will be an addedadvantage
