Oversee and manage Injazat's program portfolio,ensuring successful planning, execution, and delivery of projectsto our clients. You will work closely with cross-functional teamsto drive efficiency, quality, and innovation in our projectmanagement processes, and delivering high-impact projects to ourclients.

• Works closely toensure that Engagement Team services meet thestakeholders' expectations
• Providesstrategic leadership and guidance within and across initiatives.Executive responsible for strategic direction and deliverycapabilities of engaged area.
• Often overseesthe coordination of the program across different stakeholders.Directly responsible for working to drive strategy formulation,business case analysis and complex stakeholderissues.
• Lead the strategic planning, execution,and delivery of multiple projects within the organization'sprogram portfolio. Monitor and control program progress, ensuringadherence to timelines, budgets, and qualitystandards.
• Collaborate with project managersand department heads to allocate resources effectively, ensuringthe right skill sets are assigned to each project to maximizeproductivity and project success.
• Identifypotential risks within the program portfolio and develop proactivemitigation plans.
• Monitor risks throughout theproject lifecycle and implement appropriate measures to minimizetheir impact on project outcomes.
• Engage withkey stakeholders, both internal and external, to understand theirrequirements, provide updates on project progress, and manageexpectations effectively.
• Continuously evaluateand enhance project management processes, methodologies, and toolsto drive efficiency, scalability, and standardization across theorganization.
• Establish and monitor keyperformance indicators (KPIs) for the program portfolio, providingregular performance reports to senior manageme nt and drivingcontinuous improvement.
• Responsible foroverseeing project budgets, ensuring financial discipline, andmaking strategic decisions to optimize resourceutilization.
  

Qualifications

MinimumQualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in ComputerScience, Information Technology, Business Administration, or arelated field.
