Job Purpose & Responsibilities:

The American University of Ras Al Khaimah is looking to hire AC Technician/ Electronic Technician to be responsible for performing the assigned maintenance and other tasks on the campus facilities in a professional and safe way with considering the cost.

Required Knowledge and Skills Essential:

• Experienced in operating a variety of equipment and small hand tools;
• Able to work well with minimal supervision;
• Ability to prioritize tasks and follow specified procedures;
• Able to take initiative to recommend improvements or cost reductions;
• Equipment and tools Knowledge;
• Technical Capabilities

Desirable:

• Previous carpentry work experience or Aluminum fabrication;
• Other skills will be an advantage.

Work Experience:

Four to fiveyears of experience as technician technician apprentice or relevant work experience.

Language proficiency required Essential: Basic English
