Job summary

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced People & Culture Officer to join our team in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. As a key member of our People & Culture department, you will play a crucial role in shaping our organizational culture, driving employee engagement, and ensuring effective talent management strategies.

Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field
  • 5+ years of experience in HR or similar role preferably UAE strong knowledge of UAE labour laws and HR best practices excellent interpersonal communication skills ability work effectively all levels organisation proficiency HR management software Microsoft Office Suite demonstrated experience talent acquisition performance management employee engagement strong organisational time management skills handle multiple projects simultaneously proven conflict resolution problem solving abilities experience developing implementing policies procedures knowledge best practices development training understanding workplace culture diversity SHRM CIPD certification preferred fluency English Arabic language skills plus
