    For one of our prestigious clients a leaderin the Oil and Gas industry we areseeking a Sales Coordinator (Services) to be based inAbu DhabiUAE

    Aboutthe role:

    The Sales SupportCoordinator is the backend technical resource for the ExternalSales team. The Resource is responsible for actively driving andmanaging the Application evaluation stage of the sales process. Therole may be required to act as a bridge between Customers ExternalSales and Technical / Operations teams demonstrating a basicunderstanding of Mechanical/Pipeline/Piping/Valve Systems. The mainfocus of the role is the preparation of accurate project estimatesbased on communication with customers and internaldepartments

    Responsibilities

    • Initiatethe business units account onboarding and compliance check in CRMin alignment with FinOps customermaster
    • Initiate and maintain CRM Data. UtilizeCRM software to track and update customer information and salesactivities.
    • Coordinate with partners/supplierson clients proposalrequirements:
      • Receive tenderrequest.
      • Issue RFQ topartner/supplier
      • Prepare compliant quotationand secure internal approval as per DOA
      • Submitthe proposal to the customer and ensure all clarifications arecoordinated.
    • Upon award Collaboratewith other departments to ensure timely and accurate orderfulfillment.
    • Assist in keeping CRM and FinOpsup to date until order has beeninvoiced.
    • Support the development of StandardOperating Processes and key Performance Indicators for strategicgrowth.
    • Develop extensive comprehension andprocedural knowledge of the following as critical factors to CRMand ERP Implementation.
    • Companys CustomerRelationship Management Process and relatedtools
    • Companys organizational structure andDelegation of Authority
    • Companys Brand andbranding guidelines
    • Provide administrativeproactive assistance to the sales team including preparing biddocuments estimates reports and managing & updating thesales pipeline tracker.
    • Assist in the creationand maintenance of sales reports presentations and otherdocumentation.
    • Act as a point of contact forcustomers addressing inquiries seek service related andorderrelated querries.
    • Maintain positive andprofessional relationships with clients to enhance customersatisfaction.
    • Work closely with the sales teamto schedule appointments followups and customermeetings.
    • Collaborate with team members toensure a seamless flow of information andresources.
    • Assist in lead generation andmanagement by qualifying leads and passing them to the appropriatesalesrepresentatives.

    RequiredQualifications

    • Graduate/ Diploma (Preferred in MechanicalEngineering)
    • At least 3 years of experience ina Sales Coordination/ Inside Sales Role.
    • Willingnessto Learn and adapt to a Dynamic Service Structured BusinessUnit.
    • Excellentorganizational and coordinationskills
    • Strongwritten verbal and interpersonal communicationskills
    • Demonstratedability to work confidently and collaboratively with individuals atall levels of theorganization
    • Proficiencyin Microsoft Office & D365ERP
