Description

As a Sales and Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for managing the sales/business development, full logistics, and customer relationships of the company.

Reporting into the Managing Director, your main responsibilities will include:

Negotiating sales deals with customers and following up on a regular basis.
Manage orders, contracts, and original documentation for exports.
Arrange the logistics to meet shipping deadlines and liaise with shipping agents and port agents on necessary documentation.
Liaise with customers on payments as well as address shipping or quality issues to maintain a strong business relationship.
Ensure you are up to speed with industrial mineral market trends and analyze world statistics for such minerals.

In addition, you will be responsible to attend industry specific conferences, visit customers annually, and seek new markets/opportunities for the company.

A Bachelors degree, preferably in Logistics.
A minimum of 5 years experience in logistics in UAE.
A strong background in sales/business development with customers/distributors and have grest connections.
Strong team management experience as well as good leadership and communication skills.
Fluency in English.
