- Be the custodian of the keybusiness metrics and analyses that powers businessdecisions
- Structure the analyses needed toanswer key business questions, work with analysts to performanalyses and derive insights
- Translate datainto insights in clear, concise and actionablepresentations/reports to guide business decision and present togrocery leadership team
- Drive business growththrough product funnel enhancements
- Designingexperiments to test whether the interventions will drive growth forthe business
- Build a strong feedback loop onproduct features with the product team
- Workvery closely with the commercial teams across markets to scaleproduct features' roll-out
- Optimize& automate dashboards and reports to serve day-to-day dataand analytics requests
- Create new dataplatforms where needed to unlock new types of insights
- 3-4years of work experience in analytics roles in a high-growth techstartup or similar data-heavy, productenvironments
- Highly proficient in SQL andTableau or equivalent visualization tool (with 2-3 yr professionalexperience)
- Strong presentation skills and anability to communicate complex findings to various audiences in aclear manner both written and verbally
- Sharpbusiness acumen in order to identify and solve business problemsusing data
- Grittiness. You never hesitate toroll up your sleeves and address something hands-on, you perseverewhen others fall away
- Basic understanding ofgrowth marketing will be a plus
