• Handle customer complaints and show empathy over the calls
• Source new sales opportunities through outbound cold calls and chats
• Identify interested clients over the phone conversations
• Follow communication procedures, guidelines as per the policy
• Take the extra mile to engage customers

• Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
• Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
• Proven sales experience
• Strong phone presence and experience dialing dozens of calls per day
• Experience working with iGaming (Added advantage)
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills
• Strong listening and presentation skills
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
• High school diploma
