Description

Butcher duties and responsibilities include

  • Preparing, trimming, weighing and pricing up meat
  • Cutting and boning a carcass
  • Packaging meat and storing it correctly
  • Discussing different cuts with customers, including how to cook and safely store them
  • Keeping their working environment safe and storing meat in accordance with health and safety legislation
  • Maintaining business records and budgets
  • Tenderizing, deboning, trimming, tying, grinding, and handling of meat
  • Interacting with customers and facilitating the sales of meat

Salary:
AED2, AED2,500.00 per month
