    Develop and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed sales objectives. Lead, recruit, motivate and develop a high-performing sales team. Develop and maintain customer relationships to ensure repeat business. Monitor and analyze customer feedback to ensure customer satisfaction. Analyze sales data to identify areas of opportunity and develop plans to maximize sales. Provide feedback and support to sales team to ensure goals are met. Develop sales plans to maximize the performance of the sales team. Create sales reports and track progress against sales goals. Utilize CRM software to track and analyze customer information.


    Qualifications:
    Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field. 5+ years of sales experience. Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets in Real Estate. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills. Knowledge of CRM software and sales processes. Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
