Description

• Bachelor's degree in Law;additional relevant certifications or postgraduate degrees are aplus.
• Proven experience as a Legal Manager orin a similar role, with a demonstrated focus on drafting legaldocuments, preferably within the FS or Energysector.
• In-depth knowledge of UAE laws andregulations, with a strong understanding of international legalframeworks.
• Excellent negotiation andcommunication skills, with a keen eye for draftingprecision.
• Ability to work independently andcollaboratively within a team.
• Stronganalytical and problem-solvingskills.

Requirements:

• Minimumof 2/3 years of experience in a legal role with a significant focuson drafting.
• Membership in the UAE BarAssociation or equivalent professionalbody.
• Fluent in English; proficiency in Arabicis highly desirable but not essential
• Strongorganizational skills and meticulous attention todetail.
• Ability to handle confidentialinformation with discretion.
