    Operational execution of the Application(Clinical Support) and

    Informatics support forthe Siemens Healthineers Direct customers andthe

    customers managed by our BusinessPartners

    • Support of theentire POC service portfolio including

    application support, training,customer education, installation andproject

    management responsibilities along withtraditional field service break fixes

    andbusiness partner engagement and management

    • Assuring the operational performancethrough the respective CS

    Processes, incl. adherence ofprocesses to standards and Service Quality System

    • Support new systems rollout phases,updates and upgrades
    • Striving to reduce thetime to 1st result, maximize system

    implementation, throughput of DX POCinstruments and of reagents requiredfor

    business success

    • Strong collaboration and partnershipwith Sales in the pre-Sales

    phase to develop best in classsolutions and ensure their easeof

    implementation

    • Experience is required in thefollowing areas:

    medical/diagnostic equipment,Application and Clinical support of Point OfCare

    instruments, capabilities to coordinatecompletion of activities.

    • Experience is desired in thefollowing areas: service/support

    processes, project management,analytical
