This is a mid-level Talent Acquisition position and for this opportunity based in the UAE, we are seeking a Talent Acquisition Professional to support one of our dedicated Lines of Business to continue its growth trajectory by delivering recruiting best practice.

Key facets of the position include:

Working within Jacobs standardised TA processes through full life cycle recruiting activities
Providing support to TA colleagues with active engagement in team meetings, performance and process improvement initiatives
Supporting the design and implementation of local recruiting strategy and process for both individual roles and campaigns
Identifying key workforce segments within business units and proactively pipeline talent
Supporting the local execution of the Employee Referral Program
Determining and creating jobspecific external and internal advertisements, selection criteria, screening questions and interview guides for Hiring Manager
Creating compelling external and internal job advertising adhering to Jacobs' guidance on communication and branding
Following up post interview to gather and consolidate feedback from interview teams
Ensure accuracy in requisition creation and close out

Here's What You'll Need:

To be successful in this role you will ideally be degree qualified (although not essential) and will already have proven experience of successfully delivering recruitment solutions either within an agency environment or corporate inhouse.

You would have covered technical, consultancy or construction related hiring.

You will already be able to demonstrate a strong proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems, whilst very conversant with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, and Power Point).
