    As a Senior Business Developer specializing in the building and infrastructures sector, you will play an important role in identifying, developing, and securing new business opportunities for the company. Leveraging your expertise and industry knowledge, you will drive strategic initiatives, build strong client relationships, and contribute to the growth and success of our organization.

    Job Description

    • Conduct comprehensive market research to identify potential clients, market trends, and emerging opportunities within the building and infrastructure sector in the UAE.
    • Develop and implement strategic plans to expand the company's presence and market share within the building and infrastructure segment.
    • Apply innovative approaches to penetrate new markets, capitalize on untapped opportunities, and foster long-term business relationships.
    • Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing and technical teams, to enhance customer experience and drive business growth.
    • Engage with existing and potential clients to understand their needs and present complete solutions.
    • Prepare and present compelling proposals, bids, and presentations tailored to client requirements.
    • Utilize CRM effectively to manage sales activities, track customer interactions, and analyze sales data.
    • Provide accurate quarterly and yearly sales forecasts and reports to senior management, contributing to the overall strategic planning of the company.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
    • 6+ years of sales experience, preferably including 2 years in the TIC industry, with a strong focus on Building & Infrastructure sectors with a strong network of contacts and relationships in UAE.
    • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
    • In-depth knowledge of the UAE market, including regulatory landscape, and key players.
    • Good familiarity with CRM systems (Salesforce) and proficiency in analyzing sales data to drive performance.
    • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
    • Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
    • Fluent in English. Arabic is an added value.
