Job Purpose

To execute buy and sell orders on behalf of clients across UAE, regional, and international markets, ensuring best execution standards, compliance with SCA regulations, and exceptional client service.

The role contributes directly to brokerage revenues by facilitating trades, managing client relationships, and providing market insights.

Key Result Areas


Trade Execution:
Accurately and efficiently execute client orders across UAE, regional, and international markets, ensuring compliance and best execution.

Client Service:
Build and maintain strong client relationships through high-quality execution support and timely market updates.

Revenue Contribution:
Meet or exceed individual revenue and transaction volume targets.

Market Awareness & Product Knowledge:
Maintain awareness of UAE, regional, and international securities markets to support client execution and service delivery.

Compliance:
Adhere to SCA regulations, UAE exchange rules, and relevant international regulatory frameworks.

Reporting:
Provide accurate reporting of client trades, execution quality, and activity to Head of Trading.

Knowledge, Skills and Experience

•     Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or related field.
•     3–6 years' experience in securities brokerage with exposure to UAE and international markets.
•     SCA certification or eligibility for licensing.
•     Proficiency in Bloomberg, OMS, and exchange trading platforms.
•     Strong client servicing, analytical, and communication skills.
