We are currently seeking a passionate and knowledgeable Tour Guider to join our team and lead our visitors on informative and engaging tours of our facilities. The ideal candidate must have a strong understanding of our organization and its mission, excellent communication skills, and a friendly and approachable demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Welcome visitors and provide them with a brief introduction to the organization and its history
• Conduct tours of our facilities, providing information and insights about our programs and services
• Answer questions and address any concerns or inquiries from visitors
• Ensure the safety and comfort of all visitors during the tour
• Keep accurate records of tour schedules and visitor feedback
• Continuously research and update information about the organization and its offerings
• Collaborate with the marketing team to promote tours and attract visitors
  
  

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Tour Guide or similar role
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledgeable about our organization and its programs
• Fluent in English (additional language skills are a plus)
• Strong time-management and organizational skills
• Availability to work weekends and holidays as needed
