Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet guests and escort them to their tables
  • Manage the waitlist and estimate wait times accurately
  • Coordinate reservations and communicate with guests to confirm or modify their bookings
  • Ensure that the host stand is tidy and wellorganized
  • Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries about the restaurant
  • Communicate with the kitchen and servers to manage table turnover and ensure a smooth flow of guests
  • Provide guests with menus and suggest dishes based on their preferences
  • Monitor the dining room and ensure that guests are satisfied with their experience
  • Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Maintain a positive and professionalism at all times
  • Follow all restaurant policies and procedures

Requirements:


  • Previous experience as a hostess in a fine dining restaurant
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Positive attitude and professional demeanor
  • Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Fluent in English is a must. Russian, Spanish and Italian is a plus
  • Ready to join immediately

Salary:
AED6,000.00 per month
