    Description
    • Manage daily facilities requestsfrom staff for equipment repairs, specialorders
    • Maintain office equipment by completingpreventive maintenance, troubleshooting failures, calling forrepairs and monitoring equipmentoperation
    • Schedule and coordinate regulardisposals and maintain accurate inventory record of assets bycompleting counts as required;
    • Maintain majoroffice equipment and systems (such as A/V equipment in meetingrooms, HVAC system, alarm systems)
    • Establishand maintain an efficient working relationship with property,building contractors and selected facilities contractors. Monitorand maintain the office files
    • Manage andexecute Dubai Office related projects – relating to Dubaigoverning bodies (Trakhees, RTA,JAFZA)
    • Planning and coordinating administrativeoffice responsibilities – including covering OfficeReception during leave.
    • Manage the plant& office allocation
    • Otheradministrative tasks as assigned by the Corporate ServicesManager
    • Liaising with JAFZA when required& coordinate the process of license renewal

    Minimum Education AndExperience

    • 4 years minimum experience in relatedrole
    • Able to workindependently.
    • Strong organization, sense ofurgency, prioritization and multi-taskingskills.
    • Must take ownership of workload andmake decisions independently based on policy and customerneeds.
    • Must have strong Microsoft Excel, Word,Power Point and Word skills.
