Position - Group Operational Manager (Male)

Experience: 10 to 15 years

Previous experience as Group Operational Manager (At least 5 Years in C Level)

Salary Range - AED 25,000 - AED 30,000.

He must be fluent in English & Arabic

He must be capable in handling all the operations of the group entities.

He must have good knowledge in Excel, forecasting, budgeting also.

Languages:
Arabic & English (mandatory)

Must be strong leader with the ability to manage upper management employees and provide direction for workers at all levels. The position also requires strong decision-making and problem-solving skills as well as time management skills to monitor and evaluate the performance of multiple departments.

Experience in formulating policy, and developing and implementing new strategies and procedures. Ability to develop financial plans and manage resources. Ability to analyze and interpret financial data. Knowledge of public relations principles and practices. Knowledge of communication and public relation techniques. Ability to develop and deliver presentations. Ability to identify and secure funding/revenue sources.

Work requires professional written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to communicate and interact with officials at all levels of government and to work effectively with a wide range of constituencies in a diverse community. Ability to motivate teams and simultaneously manage several projects.

Salary:
AED25, AED30,000.00 per month
