    Role 1: Project Manager – Telecom Domain
    Position Summary

    The Telecom Project Manager will oversee end‑to‑end delivery of telecom projects, ensuring on‑time execution, stakeholder alignment, and adherence to scope and quality expectations. This role is crucial for driving successful client engagements and operational excellence in a fast‑paced telecom environment.

    Detailed Job Description

    You will plan, execute, and manage telecom‑related project initiatives while coordinating with cross‑functional teams, clients, and vendors. You will monitor milestones, manage risks, handle escalations, and ensure seamless delivery through strong governance and communication.

    Key Responsibilities
    • ✓ Lead telecom project planning, execution, and delivery
    • ✓ Coordinate with internal teams, stakeholders, and customer representatives
    • ✓ Manage timelines, scope, risks, and budgets
    • ✓ Ensure project documentation, governance, and reporting
    • ✓ Conduct regular status meetings and maintain stakeholder communication
    • ✓ Ensure quality compliance and successful project handover
    Required Qualifications & Skills
    • ✓ Experience as a Project Manager within the Telecom domain
    • ✓ Strong understanding of telecom processes, delivery models, and stakeholders
    • ✓ Excellent communication, leadership, and client‑facing skills
    • ✓ Expertise in project governance, risk management, and delivery excellence
    • ✓ PMP or Agile certifications (preferred)
    Nice‑to‑Have Skills
    • ✓ Experience managing multi‑vendor telecom environments
    • ✓ Ability to guide cross‑functional teams under tight deadlines
    Role 2: Scrum Master – Telecom Domain (Arabic Speakers Only)
    Position Summary

    The Scrum Master will support agile delivery within telecom‑focused teams, enabling high performance, continuous improvement, and efficient sprint execution. The role requires Arabic‑speaking professionals capable of driving Agile ceremonies and ensuring team discipline.

    You will collaborate with product owners, developers, and stakeholders to drive Agile practices, remove delivery blockers, and support the team in achieving sprint goals. A strong background in telecom projects is required to align technical expectations and business priorities.

    Key Responsibilities
    • ✓ Facilitate Agile ceremonies (daily standups, sprint planning, retrospectives)
    • ✓ Remove impediments and support continuous improvement
    • ✓ Ensure adherence to Scrum practices and Agile principles
    • ✓ Collaborate closely with product owners and telecom stakeholders
    • ✓ Track sprint progress and provide clear reporting
    Required Qualifications & Skills
    • ✓ Arabic fluency (mandatory)
    • ✓ Proven experience as a Scrum Master in telecom‑related projects
    • ✓ Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies
    • ✓ Excellent communication and cross‑team coordination skills
    • ✓ Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent (preferred)
    Nice‑to‑Have Skills
    • ✓ Exposure to SAFe, Agile transformation, or telecom‑specific agile delivery
    • ✓ Ability to manage hybrid or cross‑country distributed teams
