This is a full-time, on-site role for a Managed Services Specialist located in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The Managed Services Specialist will be responsible for providing technical support, network security, and IT service management to ensure the smooth operation of client systems. The role will also involve sales activities to support the growth of our managed services offering. Local UAE experience is must.

• Experience in providing technical support and network security
• Ability to manage client systems and ensure smooth operation
• Sales skills and ability to support the growth of managed services
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team and handle multiple projects
• Relevant certifications in IT service management or network security
• Experience in the Salesforce ecosystem is a plus.
