KEY RESPONSIBILITIES - WHAT YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:

  • Sourcing for international and domestic recruiting campaigns and individual positions.
  • Ensure uptodate operating structure to enable accurate workforce planning aligned to scaling.
  • Enable the talent implant by ensuring uptodate Job Descriptions and a robust budget and approval process.
  • Lead Employer Branding Strategy to position CAFU as a regional/ global employer of choice.
  • Create reporting frameworks to ensure hiring managers are always in the know on the progress of vacancies.
  • Designs appropriate staffing solutions, in partnership with peers, to ensure speed to market and access to the best talent.
  • Relentless in focus on attraction and retention of the best talent.
  • Developing close working relationships, building an indepth understanding of current and future hiring requirements of the business.

SKILLS/COMPETENCIES REQUIRED - WHAT YOU WILL NEED:

  • 5+ years of progressive experience in talent acquisition
  • Knowledge and experience in UAE employment law.
  • Confident with both excel and PowerPoint reporting to run regular analysis.
  • An understanding of and enthusiasm for startup / scaleup and a strong business growth culture.
  • Methodical, detailed orientated, and rigorous to ensure strong foundations of the HR department.
  • Your level of curiosity is off the scale, you follow consumer and business trends and are an early adopter of any new products and services.
  • You have a global mindset and always balance the external view with the internal.
