    What You WillDo

    • Supporting the line manager inanalysing and reporting of data, including Manpower and financialreports, headcount, attrition, Emiratisation etc. specific to theoperations.
    • Produce and manipulate excel tablesto an advanced level, with a strong attention todetail.
    • Report and analyse all data produced,including the tracking and measurements of deliveries done for allbrands.
    • Supports Divisional HR team to collatemanpower requirements from management, validating variable budgetassumptions, correct data entry to planning tool for each costcentre. Creates Headcount tracking sheets by band by cost centretogether with the budget approval.
    • Compilesdata for HR reporting, analysis data and variance and prepares thereport
    • Review and consolidated all internalrecruitment/salary proposal cases, make sure the submission are incompliance with policies.
    • Support the LM in allHR digital transformation initiatives includes SAP systemupgradation, SuccessFactors (EC) implementationetc.,
    • Make sure all reports within data centres/storage are updated on monthly basis with dataAccuracy.
    • Make sure all reporting are updatedin PPT template and distributed among the key HRmembers
    • To provide administration, financialand analytical support to HR team
    • To ensurethat all Financial and Dashboard reports are accurate and preparedin a timely manner
    • Due to nature of the job,needs to deal with personnel information with sensitivity andconfidentiality.

    What Equips You ForThe Role

    • Bachelor's degree inComputer Sciences, MIS or other Business & IT relateddisciplines
    • Develop and analyze data, performtrend analysis, and identify datadiscrepancies
    • Develop ongoing data reviewtactics, identify data discrepancies and perform data clean-up whenneeded
    • Identify, manage and resolve projectrisks and issues
    • Knowledge of HR metrics willbe advantageous
    • 2 to 5 years of experience inAnalytics, Business Intelligence or other quantitative disciplineswithin a high performing business
    • Experience ofworking with multiple data sources (e.g. Access, Excel, SQLDatabases etc.) and statistical analyticstools
    • Proven track record in deliveringinformation and insights to mid/higher management
