    Weare currently looking for a seasoned Editor to lead the editorialteam and drive the content strategy of one of our core B2B brandsConstructionWeek MiddleEast.The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the MiddleEast s construction sector coupled with a strong editorialbackground in both digital and magazine platforms. As the Editoryou will play a pivotal role in shaping our brands voice overseeingcontent creation and ensuring the delivery of timely and relevantindustryinsights.



    Requirements

    KeyResponsibilities:

    Leadmanage and inspire a team of writers reporters and contributors toproduce highquality content for digital and printplatforms.
    Developand execute an effective content strategy that aligns with thebrands objectives and resonates with our targetaudience.
    Planassign write and edit articles features and daily online newsstories ensuring accuracy consistency and adherence to the brandseditorialstandards.
    Stayupdated on industry trends news and developments to ensure thebrands content remains timely andrelevant.
    Collaboratewith internal and external stakeholders including industry expertsand partners to enhance content quality andcoverage.
    Ensurethe timely publication of content across various platformsincluding the brands website social media channels and printpublications.
    Monitorand analyse content performance metrics to make datadrivendecisions for continuousimprovement.
    Provideguidance and mentorship to team members fostering a culture ofcreativity innovation and professionalgrowth.

    Qualifications:

    Bachelors degree in Journalism Communications English or a relatedfield.
    Aminimum of five years of editorial experience prior experience inB2B publishing ispreferred.

    ExceptionalEnglishwritten and verbal communicationskills.
    Strongeditorial skills including editing proofreading and factchecking.
    Creativethinker with a keen eye for design and visualaesthetics.
