Principal Duties andResponsibilities:

• Examine patients to assess mobility,strength, communication, or cognition
• Assesscharacteristics of patients' pain such as intensity,location, or duration using standardized clinicalmeasures
• Provide inpatient or outpatientmedical management of neuromuscular disorders, musculoskeletaltrauma, acute and chronic pain, deformity or amputation, cardiac orpulmonary disease, or other disablingconditions
• Monitor effectiveness of painmanagement interventions such as medication or spinalinjections
• Develop comprehensive plans forimmediate and long-term rehabilitation including therapeuticexercise; speech and occupational therapy; counseling; cognitiveretraining; patient, family or caregiver education; or communityreintegration
• Coordinate physical medicine andrehabilitation services with other medical activities
  

Requirements

• Completion of bachelor andspecialization degree
• Completion of apost-doctoral residency program
• Valid licenseto practice
• Effective communicationskills
• A patient and empatheticdisposition
• Proven experience for a minimumduration of 3-5 years
• Excellent analytical andproblem-solving skills
