Operations Coordinator - Dubai, United Arab Emirates - ALMIZAN CAR RENTAL

Description

A reputed Car Rental company is looking for operation coordinator with the following experience, Responsibility and educational background.

• Ensure Timely vehicle delivery/pickup to and from the customer in a good condition through coordination with assigned drivers,
• Responsible for overlooking vehicle movements to and from the company
• Ensure the cars are available as ready to rent condition by properly checking the condition of cars including cleaning and its maintenance
• Ensure to have effective, smooth and ethical communication with Individual clients including company internal staff
• Ensure for receiving car damage report and intimation of same to customer from drivers through appropriate communication channel
• Coordinate, prepare & send vehicles for service & accident repairs/damages to Workshop/Agencies as required.
• Handle & coordinate vehicle breakdown situations
• Other administrative tasks as assigned by line manager
• Ensure vehicles registration and insurance renewals
• Show flexibility to support the different needs of the business in relation to the operation
• Ensure Internal recon of vehicle fleet
• Must hold knowledge of TARS system
• Must be well verse with RTA procedures in terms of registration, renewal, buying and selling of vehicles
• Should be able to monitor fleet via GPS system
• Followup on vehicles under technical and accidental repairs as well as insurance claims

Education and Experience
Car Rental, automotive and or fleet supervisory experience ranging from 1 to 5 years.

• BBA, MBA, BS Commerce in Management/Finance_

Working knowledge of Ms Excel
