    Description
    LINQM is looking for a Construction Superintendent with opportunity to convert to full time pending team needs and by demonstrating execution ;Successfully deliver complex contracted and self-performed construction projectsCreate and drive project schedules, solving critical paths and communicating roadblocks/risksDevelop and maintain site logistics and execution plansEmploy a can-do attitude, working through challenges with all stakeholdersDirect work in field, track changes, both individually and leading or participating in a largerWork with engineering teams to resolve design roadblocks immediatelyEnsure installation meets end users requirements and quality expectationsFind creative solutions to challenging problems, removing barriers to meet our fast-paced deadlinesSchedule and lead quality control and site safetyFacilitate inspections with AHJs to ensure timely use of occupied spacesQualifications:7+ years of experience on complex technical manufacturing, Lab, Hospital, or Industrial infrastructureAbility to lead daily whiteboards and contractor siteExcellent written and verbal communication, presentation skillsAdvanced knowledge and proven delivery on Mechanical, Electrical, Life Safety and Controls Bonus for Civil, Structural, and Architectural experienceExperience coordinating and managing successful utility shutdownsFundamental understating of construction progress trackingWillingness to get your hands dirty as needed to complete objectives and lead scopes through challengingDemonstrated ability to learn new and complex things Disclaimer:
