Job Responsibilities

Bring the IT Department to be in conformance to IT governance as outlined in the COBIT standard guidelines.

Strive towards obtaining ITIL certification under ISO 20000 for service delivery complianceMaintain current certification of ISO 27001 for Information Security ManagementEnsure availability of system documentation that is clear and unambiguous and of sufficient detailsEnsure error messages are clear and easy to understandEnsure availability of system documentation that is clear and unambiguous and of sufficient detailsMake menu recommendations and inform patrons of any specials.

Deliver meals and beverages to tables when they have been prepared.
Check that customers are satisfied with their meal.
Prepare the bill for tables when requested.
Cash up bills and ensure that the correct amount has been paid.
